Do you offer emergency plumbing in Leeds?

Yes. We provide 24/7 emergency plumbing across Leeds, including the city centre, Headingley, Roundhay, Chapel Allerton, Horsforth, Pudsey, Morley and surrounding areas.

Do you offer emergency plumbing in Harrogate?

Yes. We cover Harrogate and all surrounding areas within a 25-mile radius, including Starbeck, Bilton, Knaresborough, Pannal, Killinghall, Hampsthwaite and Boroughbridge.

How quickly can a plumber arrive?

With Immediate Response, an engineer is dispatched straight away and typically arrives within 45 minutes, where available.

What counts as a plumbing emergency?

Anything where water is escaping, overflowing or stopping you from using the property: burst pipes, leaks through ceilings, overflowing or blocked toilets, sewage backups, no water, or no hot water in vulnerable households.

What should I do if I have a burst pipe?

Turn off the stop tap straight away, switch off electrics near the water if it's safe, open cold taps to drain the system and call us. We'll talk you through it while the engineer is on the way.

What should I do if water is leaking through my ceiling?

Turn off the stop tap, keep out from under any bulging section, switch off electrics to that area if safe and put a bucket underneath. Then call us immediately.

Can you repair blocked toilets?

Yes. We clear blocked and overflowing toilets and check the waste pipe so it doesn't happen again. Please don't keep flushing.

Can you fix leaking pipes?

Yes. We trace visible and hidden leaks, repair or replace the damaged pipework and test it before we leave.

Do you fix water leaks in flats?

Yes. We regularly work in flats and apartments, including leaks coming from or going into a neighbouring property.

Do you cover areas outside Leeds and Harrogate?

Yes. We cover the whole of Yorkshire, including York, Huddersfield, Halifax, Doncaster and Wakefield. If you're not sure, call us anyway.

Is there a call-out fee?

Yes, a transparent call-out fee, which is deducted from your final bill if you go ahead with the repair. No hidden costs and no surprise charges.

How much is the call-out?

£50 for Immediate Response (arrival ASAP, typically within 45 minutes), £25 for Same Day Service, and £0 for Standard Booking on the next available day.

Will I know the price before you start?

Yes. The engineer diagnoses the problem and gives you a quote before any work starts.

Is your work guaranteed?

Yes. Our repairs come with a 12-month workmanship guarantee and our engineers are fully insured.

Why should I call a plumber instead of waiting?

Waiting turns a small leak into ceiling damage, ruined flooring, mould and electrical risk, and a much bigger bill. If water is escaping, overflowing or stopping you from using the property, calling us now is almost always the cheaper, safer option.

How quickly can you get to me in Leeds?

Our emergency engineers target a 45-minute arrival time across central Leeds, with same-day cover for surrounding areas including Headingley, Roundhay, Morley, Pudsey, Horsforth and Otley.

How much does drain unblocking in Leeds cost?

Standard drain unblocking starts at £80 with the call-out fee deducted from the final bill. High-pressure jetting and complex blockages are quoted upfront before any work starts, with no hidden extras.

Can you see inside the drain?

Yes. If a drain keeps blocking, we put a small camera inside the pipe to find the cause, such as tree roots, a broken pipe or a grease build-up, before we fix it.

Are you available 24/7?

Yes. We run a 24/7 emergency line on 07848 298987 for blocked toilets, sewage backups and external flooding.
